A LAW TO CREATE A LOGO FOR KADUNA STATE
COMMENCEMENT (1st September 2015)
BE IT ENACTED by the House of Assembly of Kaduna State as follows:
Short Title
Commencement
Interpretation
“Government” includes Local Governments in Kaduna State;
“Government establishments” includes Bureaux, Public Institutions and Colleges, Schools and all Institutions and or bodies established by Kaduna State Government;
“Logo” means the official insignia and symbol of the Kaduna State Government as shown in the Schedule to this Law; and
“State” means Kaduna State of Nigeria.
